hiked back to the parking lot

glad to put the heater on in the car

drove down Skyline to Snake

to find the sun brightly shinning

Thank goodness for the extraordinary people in my life. My legs my arms my head and my heart all thank you for your love and caring.

Had a chance to get back on the bike, after running out of front and back yard work to expel pent up nervousness and brain travel into the unknown. Monday it will become more clear. Weekends can either increase anxiety in this case. I guess I've figured out how to move towards constructiveness,
